These work great. I’ve lost 30lbs and almost everyone uses them where I live. I don’t have any problems sleeping. But I do exercise, so maybe that’s why. It makes you really thirsty so drink a lot of water and makes you urinate a lot too. But surprisingly you will see the fat (looks like oil spots) in the urine. It may make you constipated but chocolate milk usually fixes that for me. You can eat anything you want but it does curb your appetite. I’m quite happy taking these pills.

I ordered 10 packs of Meizitang from this EXCELLENT seller, and I am sooooo glad I did! Meizitang works like a charm, and the side effects are very minimal. I have a dry mouth at times, but nothing a little water can’t fix. I take one gel cap in the morning before I eat anything, and the food cravings I used to have just disappear, and the rest of the day I have to remind myself to eat….inCREdible!! I have lost 20 pounds in one month, and even more inches than what you would expect with that weight loss.
We heard about Meizitang here in Texas from a Californian, and lots and lots of people are taking it and losing weight like crazy. No one I know of has had any problems…only successes. There are rumors of other pharmaceutical drugs being added to the ingredients, but I’m thinking the FDA is spreading those rumors on purpose to discredit a natural product that works SOOO much better than the poisons they develop and sell. Just my opinion…. ;~)
